John Mathew was polite. He helped me on Saturday. The drinks and snacks at the bar was pleasant. Happy Hour at sunset exist here.
I paid for a day. I did not make it to the hotel because of weather. Staff always need a call for service at the beach. The room service had miss communication and made us pay for an order they miss heard.

The gym was awesome (it had everything i needed!). the pool and beach facilities were very comfortable. i loved that the staff was super friendly. They really went out of their way. the concierge, anoop, especially.
The breakfast was a bit limited and just average. housekeeping could be better. They didn't change the sheets during my entire stay. (i was there for five nights!)
