Souq-Side Serenity

The location is unbeatable. It is steps from Souq Waqif and also near the metro station. The breakfast buffet was magnificent. It offered a wide variety of food. The staff was super helpful and friendly (a real treasure!).
My room overlooked a rather uninspiring view of a carpark.

The staff assisted with a late checkout at around 2 pm, which i appreciated. They also securely stored my luggage, a small convenience , made my departure smoother. I found them very professional.

The hotel is close to Souq Waqif, very convenient. The staff were also professional. The hotel is near public transport. The bed was very comfortable.
The room I was initially assigned lacked a balcony. I had to request the room I had originally booked. I waited for an hour and a half for the correct room to be cleaned. The sheets were not changed.

underwhelming stay overall
dusty curtainspromised service
my stay was disappointing i found issues upon arrival the room wasn't as clean as expected dust was visible on the curtains and surfaces it affected my comfort furthermore a promised service wasn't delivered adding to my dissatisfaction i hoped for a better experience considering the hotel's reputation the lack of attention to detail was concerning
