The shower emitted an unpleasant odor and the toilet blocked multiple times. I contacted maintenance to resolve it.

i found the rooms to be large and airy offering a comfortable stay. the level of service i received was amazing. eva liz cleo and ray were helpful arranging transportation and assisting with any needs i had.

the absence of evening family entertainment options was a notable drawback. we had to seek external activities since there weren't suitable options in the hotel. it would enhance the experience to have engaging activities for families.
