check-in took longer than expected there was a queue at the reception desk i was not given a map of the resort upon arrival so i had trouble finding my way around the resort grounds were not always clean i saw some litter in public areas

the gym was open 24/7, very convenient for my schedule. a kids' club engaged my children with games throughout the day. the staff were energetic and cheerful.

the bed linen had stains, even after i asked for it to be changed several times. the floor under the bed and sofa seemed to have accumulated dust for a long time. this level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a high-class hotel.

a relaxing stay with great food

i found a great deal that included access to the water park. the hotel featured many restaurants and several bar options in addition to available activities. breakfast and dinner buffet were totally worth it. i enjoyed the beach being very close and the chance to take nice photos there.

I found a small issue with the curtains. They didn't fully close. this allowed sunlight to stream in early and disrupted my sleep.

the staff catered to every need i had and were very friendly. the valet and concierge team were attentive and kind. they seemed always ready to assist with a smile. their quick service and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression.
