The staff was friendly and efficient. They promptly addressed any request I had. The gardens were meticulously maintained, SHOWCASING vibrant floral displays. I particularly enjoyed the variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Prakash Babu offered really good service and made sure my meal was enjoyable.
The gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

uneven service tarnishes the experience
inconsistent serviceovercrowded breakfast
I was frustrated with a few things. the service felt inconsistent. When i asked for tea, i sometimes received coffee instead. the breakfast area often felt overcrowded, requiring me to wait a frustrating 20 minutes to even be seated (i learned the buffet was closing soon). the pool area had too few sun beds, causing many guests to leave (i saw plenty of space around the pool, though).
