tasty food awesome service
the food tasted amazing (coconut pudding was awesome). ms priya, mr ali, mr vignesh and mr sabin provided awesome service. mr vignesh suggested best food items.
the staff does not listen when you talk to them. the majority of time when you try to communicate with the staff, they tell you what they want to hear rather than being responsive to your needs.

missing receipts breakfast quality
I was a bit disappointed with a few things. the payment process wasn't smooth, as i didn't receive my receipts immediately. i was told they would be emailed, but i still haven't gotten them. also, i found the vegetarian options at breakfast to be lacking. They didn't really meet the standards i expect, especially for south indian cuisine.

super clean room breakfast variety 24 7 gym
the housekeeping team kept my room super clean daily. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. i especially liked the south indian dishes, the food was AMAZING!!! the gym was open 24/7, a great feature for any time workouts.

a satisfactory visit
pleasant behavior kind staff professional staff customer service breakfast service luxurious hotel
the staff showed pleasant behavior. everyone was kind and professional. i have rarely seen such nice staff members in hotels for a long time. the receptionists in the evening were especially nice (very helpful!).
i stayed with my family in june 2024. the hotel is luxurious with great amenities and decor. the breakfast spread is lovely but there is no service.
