The food was excellent at both restaurants. I stayed in the Poolside Chalet and the room was very comfortable. The spa staff, Athithi and Melody, were cute and professional.

It is a long walk from the reception to some of the cottages.

seaside chalet comfy bed super clean pool

i got upgraded to a seaside chalet and it was so beautiful! the beds were super comfy, and the dove toiletries in the shower were a nice touch. the pools were super clean and i really enjoyed activities like cycling. it was amazing!!!

the breakfast was acceptable with a decent spread.

The room service was slow. i called to order water and it took over an hour. the promised amenities in my seaside chalet were not all there. The minibar was empty. the overall maintenance felt lacking for what they charge.

super clean pool cycling activity archery activity separate charge

the pools were so clean and inviting. I swam every day. i also enjoyed the cycling and archery activities that were available. it's worth noting that some activities have a separate charge but i still enjoyed them.

the buggy service sometimes took a little longer than expected, so walking was often faster

the buffet offered many choices. the breakfast buffet had both indian and continental options and plenty of fresh fruit. i also ordered room service once, and the food arrived promptly and was hot.
