Really good Hospitality and Luxurious Amenities

I found the hotel's location ideal, situated at the Palm entrance beside Nakheel Mall. The private beach was a short 3-minute stroll from the lobby. The main restaurant, The Locale, presented delicious meals. The staff even prepared coffee and breakfast for our early morning departure. That is wonderful service!!!

I found that the family pool, shared with apartment residents, lacked complimentary water. Guests must purchase water from the underground supermarket. It seemed unusual for a 5-star hotel not to offer water by the pool.

The room included very clean facilities and a spacious layout. I was impressed with the attention to detail and design. It had the best view for sunrise over the palm.

The location proved very convenient. Minimal travel time to key areas! I found the staff consistently professional and friendly. The hotel provides an adults-only pool, a fantastic addition. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! worth paying extra for.

The area around the hotel is more oriented towards cars than pedestrians.

this hotel impressed me. the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast included many choices, it was really good. the location was convenient with a shopping mall close by. housekeeping kept the room super clean, which i appreciate a lot.

the hotel entrance seemed a bit average for what you would expect.

Decent stay at the hotel

convenient location comfortable room high price many kids

I appreciated the location on Palm Jumeirah. The short walk to Palm Jumeirah Mall was convenient. The room was comfortable enough for the duration of my stay.

The price for drinks felt a bit excessive. Two beers cost 120d at the pool. This felt quite high. The hotel had many kids and the meals felt overrun with children, despite an adults-only pool.

great space helpful staff

the amenities were excellent, with a fantastic beach and pool area. lots of space was available . the breakfast provided a great start to the day. the staff were amazing and helpful.

the initial check-in process could have been smoother. i arrived early, and my room wasn't ready immediately. i had to wait a little while before settling in.

nice stay with really good service

modern bathrooms fabulous shower beautiful pool

The staff had a professional friendly manner and were great! rooms were beautiful and clean with modern bathrooms plus a fabulous shower. A free standing bath was nice. fresh towels were available daily for the pool and beach. the rooftop pool was beautiful, it had an adults-only area with a bar, also food was served each day.

our room did not have a balcony. it was a small disappointment!

the location was perfect for a short trip. it was not too far from any main attractions, though the taxi to go there was slow at busier times. accessibility off the palm was great.

food in the restaurant had so much choice, all freshly cooked with lovely flavours. the breakfast spread was wonderful and had something for everyone. i never felt excited because the choice was more limited than other hotels!

the staff was helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. service was consistently cute, and everyone offered genuinely good advice. elna and leah were very attentive and made sure we had everything needed.
