the room was quite spacious. the green fields visible from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing in the morning. i found the facilities adequate with high standards.

the service was quite slow. the staff did not seem very attentive to guest requests. i was given a villa, but the water heating system did not work properly. i was unable to shower despite informing staff multiple times.

i found the receptionist, cherry, helpful at check out. rinku, divin, bisanta, and fadi of housekeeping did a superb job with towel sculptures. the views made it easy to take photos in every corner of the hotel.

the gym was strangely pokey. the swimming pool was small too. the hotel insisted upon loud noise by the pool even when several people complained.
