Check-in was not efficient. I waited for approximately one hour past the stated check-in time to receive my room. The room I was initially given had a strong odor of sewage. This required another delay as I requested, and eventually received, a different room. I did not appreciate this inconvenience.

The room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities. the staff was very friendly. Krishan and m. imran always helped. the breakfast buffet included a large variety of delicious options. i found the hotel clean and well kept.
The hot tub was broken. It filled very slowly. the sinks didn't drain properly. there was no handheld shower, only a rain head.

The breakfast had an very nice variety. it featured many arabic extras. the food was fresh and well-prepared, contributing to a good dining experience. It was top.

The location made it easy to get around! Aleena and Sandesh provided superb service. I will definitely return soon. Elizabeth at reception helped me get a great room for enjoying the sunshine all day!
The jacuzzi had dirt. The lights inside flashed, accompanied by a weird noise from the electric box. An engineering team shut down the electricity and advised me not to use it until morning!

The Luxe Sea View room provided ample space with modern decor, alongside large windows.. It included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and premium toiletries were available. The climate control system worked effectively throughout my stay.

The location was wonderful. Access to nearby shops and restaurants was very easy. our room provided a fine view of the coastline. the staff ensured every detail was perfect. I felt pampered. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning with numerous fresh options.

The room was spacious. it included all the amenities i needed. the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. I found it delicious.
The hot tub did not work. It filled slowly. it drained even slower. the sinks did not drain water properly, an issue.
