my room was spacious and clean. the bed provided super comfort. the pool was amazing and the staff were so helpful.

generous room size peaceful beach awesome housekeeping

The room size was GENEROUS. The beach area on the adult side provided unparalleled peace. Staff members at breakfast were cute and kind. Their service.!! Housekeeping was awesome and kept the room super clean throughout my stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom was lower than I would have liked.

missing replenishment noisy pool

The king beautiful room featured an comfortable and large bed with the best pillows. The complimentary toiletries were refilled daily.

I found that housekeeping needed improvement. Glasses were not replenished unless I asked specifically (a small detail, but it matters). The pool area was overrun with kids, difficult to relax. It definitely didn't feel like a place for adults seeking peace.

really good service at opulent hotel

the hotel provided an amazing experience from start to finish the e-butler service efficiently handled requests within minutes. i was also impressed by the twice-daily room cleaning service including thoughtful treats like fresh fruits and chocolates. i found the staff attentive.

nice lighting comfortable bed many choices new staff dirty sea payment issue

the breakfast offered many choices, that was great. the lighting in the room was nice. the bed was comfortable, it allowed for a good night's sleep.

the reception staff seemed new and not very knowledgeable. they said we hadn't paid, though i paid weeks before. the sea had seaweed that wasn't cleaned, this was only addressed when i mentioned it to a manager.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly (always a bonus!). My room, a King Beautiful room, had very comfortable and large beds.

The housekeeping service was not great. I had only one water glass and two wine glasses in my room, strange. The smoking area policy at Sultans Lounge was inconsistent (a point of concern).
