my call to the hotel was rejected multiple times and the representative was unhelpful. i later discovered that the information she gave me about pool access was incorrect. club noise from across the bay kept us awake late into the night.

The service is perfect. The room amenities met expectations.

My call was rejected three times. It was frustrating. When I finally reached someone, she was unhelpful and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I was told pool access cost 350 AED with no redeemable amount. This was incorrect. We waited for 15 minutes under the heat without assistance. It was quite bad.

I loved the palm mansion room with beautiful sea views. It was oversized. the balcony offered extra space to relax! we enjoyed dining at 101, zest, and stay. stay restaurant has earned michelin stars, a wonderful touch.

My attempt to contact the hotel initially was frustrating. I faced call rejections.
