great airport proximity

clean room king room friendly staff

the room was clean. it was a standard king room. staff quickly checked me in. the hotel has good proximity to the airport. it took only about 10 minutes by taxi. i appreciated the fast check-in process and friendly staff members.

The gardens were beautifully maintained. I appreciated the peaceful and quiet location with rooms in clusters. Meal portions were large for dinner I felt grateful.

The towels seemed in bad condition and I felt they needed replacement. I noticed hairs left on the toilet, so cleaning could improve. The internet connection was unstable. The Wi-Fi disconnected often.

unpaved road individual breakfast

The staff arranged transport to the airport VERY early. The gardens did NOT disappoint. It was so peaceful.

The road to the hotel is unpaved. Most taxis complain about this. The restaurant prices are in euros, I found that odd. The breakfast is not a buffet. It is an individual plate. I missed a buffet.

broken tv exorbitant prices

the tv in my room didn't work, it was just decoration, really annoying. also, the prices at the restaurant were outrageous. i payed 42 euro for a steak and 20 euro for a burger, and it didn't even taste good. this hotel certainly doesn't deserve five stars with such issues.

Acceptable Stay near the Airport

friendly staff helpful staff open restaurant convenient flight poor insulation limited channels road condition

The hotel is close to the airport. It was convenient for my early morning flight. The staff was friendly and helpful . The restaurant stayed open until midnight. This was great as I arrived late.

My room had some issues. The noise insulation was not very good. I could hear people in the hallway. The TV offered few channels, and most were in Turkish. The road leading to the hotel was in poor condition.
