pool access clean beach

the resort provides many restaurants. there are six pools there. the grounds are maintained beautifully and stretch to the clean beach. i had a pool access room it was wonderful. i could step into the water from just outside the door to my room.

the checking in process feels chaotic. the breakfast buffet could be more organized. replenishing of food was slow.

fantastic resort experience

clean room responsive staff breakfast options easy access

temperature was always perfect. the staff were helpful and nice. breakfast has many options and great service. the beach offers easy access from the hotel. amenities has a option of doing your own laundry. the kid pools offers activity centers for kids. the beach probably one of the best in phuket.

some restaurants were closed. these closures were for refurbishment with no prior notice. we saw constantly running out of food and long queues to buffet.

family impressed!

friendly staff great breakfast

i was charmed by this resort! it's extensive, great for families! the staff was really friendly to our baby. we stayed in the thani wing. it's right on the beach. breakfast was great and we had a lovely thai dinner.

our room was a bit too noisy. the music played every night until 10pm. there wasn't much soundproofing from the entrance door or windows

charmed by my family stay!

ample space attentive staff

i was charmed by the sheer size of this resort and i think it worked well for families. the breakfast was varied and extensive. the staff was attentive and always ready to help. the many pools provided ample space for everyone.

I found the evening atmosphere a bit too quiet. There weren't many options for lively entertainment within the resort itself. arranging transportation was also slightly inconvenient, as tuk-tuks to nearby attractions cost 300 bht per trip. the inconvenience made exploring the area somewhat difficult without extra planning.
