Excellent Facilities and Service
friendly staff themed evenings
I appreciated the attentive service I received at the Rum Shack Bar. Mr Bas, Khed, and Bee created a relaxing experience for me with their friendliness and good care. I also found the on-site restaurants to have lovely themed evenings that mixed up the menus. The inclusive deal made access to food and drinks very convenient.

multiple pool food option free activity happy hour
i think the multiple pools was very good. i liked many food options. the hotel provided free activities. these activities was snorkling during low tide, yoga, and more. happy hour drinks at bar was great. i also enjoyed the beach. staff was very kind to me.

the italian restaurant was good. i enjoyed the mozarella caprese. pizza was delicious. the aperol drink was also very tasty, i did like the taste a lot.

great massage really good masseuses lovely pools
Natt, mookky ,and tisha were really good masseuses. The hotel offers three lovely pools with many loungers. The gym has sufficient equipment for workouts.
The hotel is not directly near the beach , requiring a short walk.

The resort boasts three distinct pool areas, each tailored to different needs, with one even with a swim-up bar, made our days so relaxing. the staff showed consistent friendliness and kindness. Their cute presence created an atmosphere of pure bliss. i especially appreciated the secluded beach with its lively coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling adventures.
i waited thirty minutes for my drinks at the lobby bar, and they never came. when i eventually ordered food, i waited another hour only to receive a cold dish. the inconsistency in service quality was disheartening.

inconsistent service during stay
i encountered issues with staff attentiveness , with some actions appearing inconvenient. Many staff members had limited english proficiency. The requirement to sign for everything was bothersome , and meal times were often confusing.
