i stayed in the family room and it was the best family room i have ever used. it had sliding doors to separate the room. the adult bed was nearest to the balcony so i could sit outside while the kids slept!!! the bathroom wall also slides back to reveal a huge bath tub.

the breakfast buffet was the same every day and everything that should have been hot was cold. this was really annoying.

The reception informed me that the room was not ready until 16:30. I found this unacceptable. It negatively affected my stay.

The multiple pools were a great benefit. My children enjoyed the dedicated kids' pool. The room resembled the images online, with ample space. I found the housekeeping services efficient. The staff are helpful and responsive. There are several dining options available within the resort, including a varied open buffet. I found it convenient that many restaurants were within walking distance on the main road.

I noticed that the adult-only breakfast area was near the children's water park. This location did not provide a nothing noisy. Locating the breakfast area closer to the beach would be preferable.
