The hotel's accessibility is challenging. I found many stairs and corridors made it a long walk to reception from my room. The sea view was significantly obstructed. It should be advertised as a partial view. i noticed drainage issues with the sink (not a big deal, but still).

The bellmen service was excellent. panya, kook, kung, lek, loh, wit, and jib were all friendly. the resort had beautiful grounds and i was upgraded to a honeymoon room. our dinner at malika sky bar and lunch were highlights. The overall service impressed me.

The pool had a jacuzzi, but the steps were not marked. Many guests bumped their knees. It's a minor issue, but some warning signs could prevent these small accidents

the breakfast buffet had varied options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection (there was a great choice of tropical fruits). the infinity pool offered a great view. the sky rooftop bar was great.

the gym lacked some newer equipment.
