the hotel provided free transport into town and ao nang. staff members were friendly and helpful . i also appreciated the scooter rental arranged directly through the hotel for convenient local exploration. this service was a great time saver.

my room's bed felt harder than expected. i did still get a good night's sleep. but a slightly softer mattress would have made it really good.

Breakfast included transport to the beach, super handy! the pool was awesome. I loved swimming there. free water and coffee all day long are such a plus for everyone. the staff were very friendly too!
