i loved that the hotel provided complimentary roselle drinks upon arrival. they also gave beach toys to my daughter. the hotel had three jars full of delicious biscuits waiting in our room, i thought that was a nice touch. the pools are gorgeous!
staff rang my doorbell for the wrong reasons twice. Once for maintenance at the wrong room and another for cleanup. they rang nonstop both times, i got really worried!

our damai suite offered amazing space with distinct living and sleeping areas. it included a large balcony with comfortable seating and beautiful outdoor views, we enjoyed it so much. the bathroom had premium toiletries and plush towels.

Fantastic Stay!

The resort has its own beach . It is beautiful. The pools were excellent and super clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. Sitting by the pool or on the beach with a cocktail was lovely. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and bedding in my room.
I found the food to be good, but there is room for further improvement.

serene getaway
sea breezeamazing teammaintenance issues
I loved the watersports available right by the beach, there was a nice sea breeze too. the team in saffron were amazing. Zach, the bartender, remembered every detail and hafiz was so cute. i was grateful for the great security. I felt completely safe throughout my visit.
i found that some maintenance issues detracted a little, especially the leaking roof in the sandy bar. i noticed a wet patch on the carpet most evenings there. however, the hotel is generally very well-kept.

The damai suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the rooms were very spacious and always kept clean. i found the ocean view from the room amazing. The sunsets were very nice.

the staff were pretty good too. special mentions to fira, julian, and jasmine for their really good service. their warm hospitality contributed significantly to an enjoyable and relaxing visit.

the resort had several pools with many sunbeds and amazing views. towels were always readily available by the pools. the excellent buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices. i felt very relaxed!!!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The croissants tasted particularly fresh. i liked the adult-only pool. It was quite large and very quiet. the room service was prompt. The meals arrived within 30 minutes of ordering.

obscured viewworn furniture
The resort grounds were lovely, but i found some aspects disappointing. the promised sea view from my room was largely obscured by trees. i also had issues with the mini-bar. It wasn't properly stocked upon arrival and took multiple calls to rectify this and the fridge didn't cool properly. the upkeep of the hotel feels a bit neglected, especially evident in the worn furniture in common areas.

The staff were warm and friendly. They anticipated my needs without me even asking. The location felt very private, because it features a private beach. It is far from the busy areas, so it provided a restful holiday. The room was sizeable and comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient with my room cleaned each morning.
I noticed some dirt in the sealed drinking water provided in rooms. That's a shame. The hotel team responded casually to complaints.

Some of the food was amazing!!! I particularly enjoyed the bubble brunch breakfast and the croissants. I have to mention the chicken curry, because it was delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

The staff displayed excellent service. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was able to check in almost three hours before the scheduled time. This was convenient. I got a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view bedroom, very generous.
