cold items limited equipment
The room was spacious and clean, which i appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing, ONE morning I found several items were cold. It was also difficult to get the attention of staff for coffee refills. The gym had limited equipment, I needed to wait to use the treadmill.

the staff was helpful (that is appreciated).
The service felt slow. the call service buttons near the sun decks and pool beds seemed useless. i had to get up and find a server myself. That was quite annoying.

the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! chef's took great care in discussing food options with customers. the service staff greeted you by name and they were professional. i want to thank firdous, the food director, and especially erma and najwa.
i found the sea dirty and muddy, and the beach not enticing.

A Relaxing Stay
large pool spacious room friendly staff high food quality
I found a large pool with numerous sunbeds at the pool and beach. The rooms feature tasteful decorations and are spacious. Breakfast included various meals and fresh omelets. The food quality was high. The hospitality stood out because everyone was friendly, from restaurant staff to the pool, reception, and guest service team.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It looked well-equipped and accessible to guests. The infinity pool provided ample space for swimming and relaxation, though the pool closed relatively early in the evening.

The breakfast buffet offered varied choices like fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The Terrace restaurant provided food of good quality and service. I found the menu to be fairly extensive, though prices are a bit high.

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, I enjoyed the convenience. The minibar was complimentary and stocked with a selection of drinks and snacks. I did not have any view from my windows unfortunately.

The staff was always attentive and quick to respond to requests and questions. Check-in was quick and efficient, they provided a shoulder massage. The housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness each day, though I found that some products were not always replenished.

disappointing service and cleanliness
dirty pool area breakfast service
the location was nestled in a secluded area. it had its own wide private beach.
The pool area was quite dirty. trash was never picked up, wine glasses and dirty towels were left out from the day before. washrooms were disgusting by late morning. They were apparently not serviced throughout the day. breakfast lacked service as i was never offered anything and had to flag someone down to ask.
