musty smelldampness on the walls

the room smelled quite musty, really off-putting. i even tried to clean the air conditioning filter myself, but it didn't solve the problem. plus, there was visible dampness on the walls. it's frustrating when a place looks nice but the maintenance is lacking.

The hotel location helped us access many eateries. The night market location near this place was great. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed how efficient the app helped me schedule room cleaning.

The hotel pool was a bit SMALL.

The staff provided assistance with directions to local attractions and arranged taxi services PROMPTLY. Requests for extra towels and toiletries received quick attention from the housekeeping staff. The front desk team was professional during check-in and check-out.

The hotel offered easy access to several restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to the night market. Getting to the beach only took about 10 minutes of WALKING.

My room included a king-sized bed and a seating area with a sofa. A work desk and chair allowed me to manage emails. The bathroom featured two sinks and a rainfall shower. GOOD.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near many shops and restaurants. The staff exhibited really good service from arrival offering prompt assistance with parking. The spacious rooms included all necessary amenities to ensure comfort .

The hotel's pool area sometimes felt overcrowded with very few sunbeds available to guests which was a noticeable drawback.
