The location was superb. i was impressed when i left my wallet in the room after checkout. The hotel staff secured it. i appreciate their honesty and quick response. the room had a big bed and a balcony.

the gym could have been a bit bigger, but it was adequate.

the breakfast was really varied. i liked that there were many choices each morning. the pool area was nice. the staff were always helpful and ready to assist with any requests that i had.

they had many scrapes and signs of heavy use. the air conditioning in my room didn't seem very effective. it, which wasn't very comfortable.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. The food quality wasn't great, and there were limited options. Our room, a Pool-access Comfy Room, was supposed to be super clean, but I found some areas needed more attention. The bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was noticeable dust in the corners! It's the little things that make a difference, after all. I expected better from this place.
