Absolutely Amazing Experience!
superb location honest staff quick response big bed
The location was superb. i was impressed when i left my wallet in the room after checkout. The hotel staff secured it. i appreciate their honesty and quick response. the room had a big bed and a balcony.
the gym could have been a bit bigger, but it was adequate.

our room had a jacuzzi, a separate bathroom, and comfortable beds. the room included a rainfall shower and two sinks. the air conditioning worked effectively, and the room service was prompt.

the location is about a 10-15 minute tuk-tuk or taxi ride to the main beach. a 10-minute walk takes you to beachfront food stalls.

a balanced stay
varied breakfast nice pool area helpful staff old facilities heavy use damp room
the breakfast was really varied. i liked that there were many choices each morning. the pool area was nice. the staff were always helpful and ready to assist with any requests that i had.
some facilities seemed quite old, especially the elevators. they had many scrapes and signs of heavy use. the air conditioning in my room didn't seem very effective. it, which wasn't very comfortable.

I found communication with staff frustrating. English proficiency seemed low. incorrect shuttle bus information led to me missing the pickup and waiting unnecessarily, which really annoyed me!

limited options unclean floor
I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. The food quality wasn't great, and there were limited options. Our room, a Pool-access Comfy Room, was supposed to be super clean, but I found some areas needed more attention. The bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was noticeable dust in the corners! It's the little things that make a difference, after all. I expected better from this place.
