inconvenient process long resolution

The staff was helpful and also the location of the hotel was great.

My stay had some issues. I was charged for services I did not use at checkout. The resolution process was too long. I found this quite inconvenient.

totally amazing stay!

helpful staff beach access

The staff were super friendly and helpful i would definitely recommend this place to everyone planning a vacation. the location was excellent and the beach access made it easy to relax. The swimming pools are awesome. i felt completely comfortable and really loved the whole experience!

the prices at the restaurants were high so i had to venture offsite to find more affordable dining options. the boat shuttle schedule to the mainland should be more frequent though it often involves a longer wait than expected.

there are many staff members in the restaurant. sometimes the service is slow but the food tastes amazing! the restaurant offered a diverse selection of meals, drinks and many desserts.

The hotel offered a fitness center. It provided a space for exercise. guests had access to bike rentals to explore the surrounding area, its a fun way to see it all! there is also a toboggan perfect for kids.
