polite staff huge bed poor breakfast few lifts
i found the staff amazingly polite. they where helpful and always smiling. the rooms are huge with huge beds. staff in andaman restaurant, bigbang sandy molly in the bamboo beach restaurant and maggie our trip organiser where great.
breakfast could be better i think.

beach access thai cuisine curry roti
the resort offered a cable car for beach access (it was a sweet little touch). we enjoyed delicious thai cuisine at the house restaurant. i especially recommend the green thai curry and roti.
I had to wait two hours in reception after a long travel day. Check-in wasn't until after 14:00.

the breakfast had many choices. the fitness center provided a good variety of equipment. the private beach felt very quiet. there are many restaurants. we enjoyed the thai restaurant.
the hotel owners seems to live in the past. i thought the service was not good. it is sad because we did like this hotel. i think it is more like a 3 stars than 5 stars.

I felt very charmed by the service at the andaman cafe. lisa, aon2, bew, jenny and james took care of my dining needs. hazel at the bamboo bar were really good. sandy at the bamboo bar was also lovely. My suite was spacious. i will be back for another peaceful holiday.

the hotel is near a beautiful beach, perfect for walks. there is a bar next to the beach that makes it very convenient. the resort is massive, giving a lot to take in, which i found very enjoyable!
