Absolutely Amazing Stay!
modern decor friendly staff prepared lounger excellent experience
This resort offers modern decor. A welcome change! The staff were helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with fresh towels. And they had prepared a lounger before I even asked. The concierge promptly parked my car every time. I really felt special. I had an excellent experience. It felt more than just a hotel.
I would say the pool hours should be extended in the evening. That's my only complaint!

The hotel has a lovely beachside location. This amenity offers fine views across the bay. It is close to the crystal blue water cove. I enjoyed the fine sunsets! The location was great overall.

The breakfast was excellent. Rich, diverse, and satisfying, though you can find some lovely restaurants in walking distance. The food offerings were diverse and delicious! The restaurants serve top-quality cuisine.

amazing stay at a wonderful hotel!
private location comfy sofa very nice staff
I totally loved this hotel! the location is super private. it is right at the end of the beach, so i seemed like i was close to nature. the view from the comfy outdoor sofa was awesome. I spent a lot of time just looking at it. the staff were very nice! they looked after everyone, and i felt so special celebrating my father's birthday. the hotel had a cool birthday message set up on the bed. they gave us a cake with a candle (it was delicious!) and all the staff knew our names and wished my dad a happy birthday!
the pool area is pretty small. it can be tricky to find a lounger sometimes, especially if you're not an early riser. (but i still managed to get some sun!)

the staff offered constant attentive service, and they were very helpful with any request. special occasions were accommodated with personalized touches like birthday setups. quick service was always available.

Our ocean view suite was fine. i admired the spacious and open design. housekeeping came twice a day and left sweet treats. This was lovely. the bed was like sleeping on clouds.
The pool was small for a resort of this size. finding a free lounger was impossible. This was frustrating. the balcony had bird droppings. It stayed encrusted for days.

Decent stay, some issues noted
inconvenient elevator limited menu
I found the elevator being out of service quite inconvenient, especially because our room was on a higher floor. It was a struggle to climb the stairs every day. The food quality was disappointing as well. The restaurant menu lacked variety, particularly the absence of seafood options was very noticeable.

unique spaces beautiful views overcrowded beach fashioned deck
the rooms are renovated and well thought out. the terraced architecture makes the hotel feel interesting to explore. i found a lot of unique spaces, like the restaurants, lounges, and bars, all boasting beautiful views.
the beach was very overcrowded. the hotel's beach area is small, and i had to sit in old fashioned deck chairs. somedays my room would not get cleaned until around 5pm. this was unacceptable if i wanted a siesta.
