The rooftop pool offered a great space to relax. Breakfast had a super selection with juices, smoothies and specialty coffees (i especially liked the cappucino!).
Getting around the hotel required using a car. I sometimes waited a long time for transportation from my room to the reception area.

The common pool areas were nice and private. The hotel features an infinity pool, perfect for relaxation. The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes.

The hotel features extended breakfast options. I was thankful for the proper barista-style coffee corner with hand-made coffee. It definitely.

The hotel is situated in an area away from the busy Patong area. It is distant from major beaches for swimming. This ensured a very calm and peaceful stay.

i stayed in the premium pool room with an ocean view and it was fine. the room had double sinks in the bathroom which i found convenient. i loved the pillows and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered assorted juices halal options and classic western dishes.
the location is a bit inconvenient so i had to rely on taxis to get around to the restaurants and shops.

the front desk team made check-in seamless and gave great recommendations for local attractions. staff always acted helpfully. osama's hospitality stood out as particularly amazing he was very decent.

the hotel provides shuttle service to central mall for 50 baht per person. this is a good option but free transport would be a nice addition. the overall setting offers true relaxation.

the room was spacious. i liked that the room had its own pool. the location of the bed was excellent (it was very romantic).
The main street outside made the rooms very noisy. car and motorcycle sounds were constant. the hotel is not directly on the sea. A busy road is in the way (i did not know this beforehand).

I REALLY appreciated the kind and helpful staff, as they were quick to respond to my requests both in the room and during meals. Kal Kel gave me excellent service with a beautiful smile. I especially liked my own pool and the magnificent view from my unit. Maggie offered Really good service regarding my concerns.
The room was nOt as clean as I expected. I asked several times for it to be cleaned properly. The toiletries were also not great.

I appreciated the front desk team's welcome and efficiency. They made check-in seamless. housekeeping was excellent. My room was always super clean and attention to detail was there! the concierge staff ensured my stay was nice. They helped me book reservations and provided excellent advice.
the hotel felt a bit commercial, and i was often reminded of membership opportunities. this aspect detracted slightly from the overall experience.
