excellent hotel experience
the multiple pool areas include an adults-only section, a great feature. our room also included a private pool, a fantastic addition to our stay. the room service was prompt and efficient.

Wonderful Stay, Flawless Experience
super clean room attentive staff relaxing place
My room was super clean. Restaurant and Reception staff are excellent and attentive. The location offers great views.
The hot water in the shower was not hot but lukewarm. I requested a complimentary birthday cake for my son , but it never came. It would have been nice to at least have been informed that it couldn't be done.

There was a good choice for breakfast , and the food was tasty too. The main restaurant felt just usual , so do not expect too much regarding the menu or food preparation methods there.

The housekeeping staff were always very polite and made up the room perfectly each day. Khairul from the concierge was very helpful in planning our activities. Bell boys were excellent and cheerful. They were always helpful too.

The room size was great with a huge bathroom , which I appreciated. The cleaning staff was great and always refilled the water bottles and kept the room clean. I had a lovely balcony for relaxation.

The staff were really cute. I had a really spacious and clean room, it made relaxing after a day out easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with both local and international dishes!
The main pool lacked sufficient lounge chairs though this was a VERY small inconvenience.

The housekeeping staff (Tanjhim, thank you!) kept our room super clean, and it really made a difference. Concierge Khairul was especially helpful. The family-friendly facilities, including the relaxing swimming pool, were very enjoyable (my baby loved them!).

the pool was the best feature of this hotel. the view was fantastic, especially from the adult pool area? i also liked the friendly staff. they always had a smile for me.
