a mixed bag of experiences
delayed check-in unclean loungers
the check-in process was not smooth. i used the mobile app for self check-in. counter check-in proved much faster, a contrast to expectations. also, pool loungers lacked cushions and were unclean, covered in bird droppings, i noticed.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
generous buffet convenient service
I found the breakfast buffet to be generous, offering many choices. Drinks and food service near the pool were convenient, although somewhat expensive. I also appreciated the location, near a market for souvenirs and the night market.
I found the lack of proximity in our requested rooms to be a notable oversight. Our request for rooms was not honored, even though it was due to elderly and children's medical needs, and was specifically asked for upon arrival.

The staff demonstrated good hospitality and attended to guests' needs effectively. Breakfast service was commendable, with the employees showing a warm smile, and also proving very helpful to children.

The pools are well maintained. and are a great highlight, with options including kids' pools and slides. The hotel's direct beach access provided convenience, enabling easy enjoyment of the sea and sunset views.

Really good Stay with Fantastic Amenities
breakfast variety efficient arrangement vigilant lifeguard water slides
The breakfast buffet included a variety of options that changed daily. I particularly enjoyed the pools that featured water slides. Lifeguards maintained vigilance around the pool areas, ensuring safety for all guests. Connecting rooms were arranged efficiently by the staff, meeting my family's needs.
The mobile self check in via the hotel application had some delays. Counter check in was much faster.

The hotel offers multiple pools suitable for different ages, including those with water slides and varying depths up to 110cm. An indoor playground named Adventure Zone exists for children. Hotel guests can access it for MYR 25 if wearing long sleeves, pants, and socks.

My room included ample storage and a large bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom featured double sinks in addition to a huge shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were available for in room use.
