the resort was fine, and the service i experienced was really good. i stayed three nights. the staff surprised me with balloons at hai yan, the chinese restaurant, it was complimentary! breakfast at langkawi kitchen was superb, it had variety and vegan options. massages at the spa were very nice, the adults only infinity pool was where i spent most of my time.

the buggies were often slow, so i waited a lot in the evening to get back to my room.

The room had many great features. I especially liked the stocked Nespresso machine. The private beach provided quiet moments as I relaxed on soft sand. The staff greeted me warmly and they remembered my name . The resort was beautiful, it was great to explore its many restaurants and activities.

The buggy service experienced slow response times, I waited longer than expected to get back to the room one evening.

The villa had seven rooms and a private swimming pool with sea view. The staff were lovely helpful and smiley. The private butler responded very quickly over WhatsApp. I also observed a monkey troupe on the hotel.

The staff remembered our names and preferences, a thoughtful detail. We appreciated the beautiful adults-only Horizon pool and its sunset views! Our Rainforest Beautiful room allowed us to view birds directly.

The buggies sometimes had slow arrival times. This meant we occasionally waited to return to our room.

this place was perfect. i got upgraded without even asking and they were very attentive to my needs. they noticed i drink a lot of coffee and brought extra! they treated my child like royalty which i appreciated. the staff were pretty good too.

The buggies were sometimes a little slow. I had to wait a bit in the evening to get back to my room.

The staff provided seamless service and always smiled I especially appreciated Mr Ile, who handled our check-in and check-out. Mr Ashok dressed our rooms with care I was impressed by his eye for detail and how he tidied up. The resort's atmosphere is perfect every staff member seemed lovely.

The adult pool had a noisy machinery nearby this noise somewhat interfered with the otherwise quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This machinery impacted my time at the pool

The breakfast included a delicious spread with an à la carte menu, presenting diverse options. Kevin prepared a good mocktail that was flavourful and refreshing. Gulai Ikan from Langkawi Kitchen should not be missed it is a flavourful dish.
