mixed experience, some issues
weak coffee dated bathroom
I found a few things less than stellar. the coffee at breakfast was pretty weak (tasted like instant, honestly). also, getting a poolside drink took ages. I think they need more staff there. the room was okay, though the bathroom felt a bit dated. Some fresh paint would do wonders, i think.

romantic getaway
excellent variety ample space relaxing week
breakfasts were fantastic. the variety was excellent with different sorts of meals available. the pool area resembled a jungle. i easily found sunbeds available and there was ample space in the garden to relax. this was perfect for spending a relaxing week (away from everyday stress) with walks on the beach.
the staff seemed disorganized. i noticed service at the hotel bar was quite slow.

Staff members provided assistance with arranging transport to the airport, ensuring luggage was handled professionally. The genuine warmth i experienced created beautiful memories and a family-friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. overall, service was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Family Stay
clean room comfortable bed
i enjoyed a clean room with a comfortable bed. extensive breakfast options existed. i noticed well kept hotel gardens and a nice pool area with warm water.
the bathroom was not up to standard. the toilet and sink seemed worn. i heard loud water sounds in the drain.

some good restaurants are near. souvenir shops are just outside with cheap items. the sellers are nice and friendly. the location offers an interesting blend of dining and shopping opportunities, enriching the overall experience.

various options perfect atmosphere
The breakfast was amazing, with diverse options. The gym included suitable equipment. I liked walking the beach both morning and evening. The Italian restaurant and beach bar provided a perfect atmosphere.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
huge variety pool area professional staff
The breakfasts featured a huge variety (it seemed like breakfast and lunch combined). The pool area resembled a jungle. Sunbeds were plentiful and space in the garden was great for relaxation. I found the staff very professional, from the concierge to the security team.
I booked a room with a sea-facing view, but it was on the second floor, and there was no sea view. I only saw trees and a garden. The hotel did not provide what I paid for.

The room was nice and neat with all necessary amenities. Comfortable beds were a plus. It had a private area outside.

Every staff member greeted us with warmth and smiles. The service from all staff was amazing. Ku Irham patiently showed us different rooms. The bellman helped with our luggage (very helpful!).

The location is central, near shops and local restaurants. Beach access is convenient. I walked to cafes outside of the resort. I also visited local shops for souvenirs (much cheaper).

Pools were great. I also saw dusky leaf monkeys near the pool. There is a bar with a pool table and games. Breakfast offered many choices. Gustoso restaurant by the beach is amazing (especially for sunset views).
