i found the staff to be helpful. segar sithambaram welcomed me to the island. he remembered my name and asked how my stay was going at dinner. he even knew about my spa treatments and wanted to know if i had enjoyed them.

i noticed the waiting time for orders was long. both at the bar and in the restaurants it took at least 20 minutes to bring a beer and a bottle of water. this happened even without many customers. the reception was not very responsive.
