I stayed for several nights. The room included a pillow menu, which I appreciated. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a vast choice to suit all tastes. The Japanese restaurant served a delicious meal. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Check-in took a while. I waited at the reception for a long period. The team should improve efficiency.

My stay had a couple of issues. the bathroom sliding door in my room (1325) was jammed. It made it hard to use the bathroom easily. also, the showerhead in the bathtub was broken. It wasn't a pleasant experience. the staff offered apologies, but it did little to fix the actual problems

The Vasco restaurant provided GREAT service. The buffet presented a WIDE assortment of food. The desserts offered a variety of options.

The bedroom lights all operated on different switches. Lots of sliding doors existed for the wardrobes and bathroom. I could not have a drawer open and slide a door at the same time.

i found the check in queue long i waited a significant time the executive lounge experienced overcrowding i struggled to find a seat and the food quality seemed underwhelming to me it resembled a hospital cafeteria rather than a relaxing space also the thin walls allowed considerable noise from outside to disrupt any attempts at peaceful rest

Decent, but Some Issues

stained floorinattentive service

I wasn't thrilled with a few things. The wooden floor in the room had noticeable stain marks. There were also large scratch marks. I found greasy fingerprints on the window too. It really detracted from the experience! I found the hotel crew needed more training. The breakfast team wasn't clearing tables with empty plates quickly enough.
