The airport signage directing to the hotel WAS confusing. I found myself wandering around for longer THAN I expected. Inside the room, the air conditioning struggled to keep up. It never really got as cool AS I wanted. The room felt stuffy.

The staff at this hotel was very polite and helpful. my room was upgraded. A really nice surprise! the breakfast selection in the lounge had so many options and the food was AMAZING!!! the pool was refreshing, and i spent a lot of time relaxing there.

i noticed a little dust in a corner of the room, nothing too serious though.

The room wasn't clean. a dirty used paper tissue and a ticket were left on the shelf. the pool was closed. The website said it would reopen before my stay, but it remained closed until mid-october.
