dim lights stale selection

I found the room lights rather dim a bit of a letdown, especially when trying to get some work done. the cake and kueh kueh selection was stale, with the cake being dry and the donut hard. Not exactly what i'd expect. the food selection and quality left much to be desired compared to breakfast experiences i had previously.

The breakfast spread was really good! the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. complimentary water was in glass bottles. This made me satisfied.

i noticed there was no turndown service the first night, so i requested it be provided the second night! i told the chat, the app, and also the front desk. i chose my preferred aroma etc and what not, but guess what? nothing!

central location friendly staff direct access

the staff were friendly and efficient. the location is central and easily accessible to various attractions. the hotel connects directly to the pavilion mall (perfect for shopping). i found several dining options within walking distance.

the room had a very slight, musty scent, though it was bearable.

the hotel offers direct access to the pavilion shopping centre and an enclosed walkway connecting to other malls. it is possible to walk undercover to suria klcc (petronas towers). this is a great spot if you like to be in the heart of everything.

amazing hotel!

easy access really good breakfast friendly staff nice touch

I totally loved how easy it was to get to the shops since the hotel connects right to the mall. It's so convenient. breakfast was also a major win. the spread was really good. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, and i really liked that they gave us water in glass bottles, such a nice touch. plus, they had a good selection of coffee pods for the machine in the room, which i definitely took advantage of.

honestly, i wish the toilet seats had those fancy automated washing features, that would have been amazing though it's a very minor detail.
