Very nice Stay! Above and Beyond Expectations!
friendly staff varied breakfast effective communication comfortable stay
The staff was super friendly! I loved the breakfast buffet. There was so much variety. Markcos even served us warm honey lemon tea when two of our friends had stomach pain. The staff ensured we had a comfortable stay and communicated effectively.
The location is somewhat isolated. Taxis are necessary to reach the beach and other attractions.

The hotel features two pools, one offering shaded areas. Bloggers frequently visit to create content. The environment appears very photogenic. It is quiet inside the hotel, despite its proximity to a busy area.

The pool villa had a true Thai jungle feel. The villa felt clean, private, spacious and comfortable. The room offers amazing views of the surroundings. It felt very private!

beautiful hotel helpful staff great food comfortable beds
I found the hotel very beautiful. The staff proves helpful every time i needed something. Food tastes great, especially at breakfast, I like fresh fruit selections. The beds are comfortable, so i slept well ALL NIGHT. I enjoyed the view of the surrounding area from my room.
the elevator was a little slow sometimes. it's only a minor inconvenience though.

The staff provided beach towels daily. They always helped quickly with any requests i had. The front desk staff are attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel provides prompt service.

My room included a large balcony with comfortable seating. The bathroom had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was AVAILABLE in my room. The room included modern amenities.

The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. Walking to local attractions was easy FROM this location. The area felt okay all time, even at night. The hotel is away from the MAIN hustle of Patong.

The hotel restaurant offered international menus. There were multiple happy hour offerings daily. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel has amazing views.

Amazing stay!
sea view clean room friendly staff
the sea view pool villa was amazing. it exceeded my expectations it was clean. the staff was friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. the food was delicious including the floating breakfast.

mixed experience , some issues present
slow service obstructed view
the room service was surprisingly slow , even for simple requests. i ordered a club sandwich , it took nearly an hour , which is excessive. also , the promised sea view was more of a sliver between two buildings , so that was a bit of a letdown.

The location is excellent! It is right in the heart of everything. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, it offered both Thai and Indian cuisines.
The pool was not very clean. There were too many lizards, even inside the villa. the ladders are not very strong, they kept squeaking.
