Very nice Stay! Above and Beyond Expectations!

The staff was super friendly! I loved the breakfast buffet. There was so much variety. Markcos even served us warm honey lemon tea when two of our friends had stomach pain. The staff ensured we had a comfortable stay and communicated effectively.

The location is somewhat isolated. Taxis are necessary to reach the beach and other attractions.

I found the hotel very beautiful. The staff proves helpful every time i needed something. Food tastes great, especially at breakfast, I like fresh fruit selections. The beds are comfortable, so i slept well ALL NIGHT. I enjoyed the view of the surrounding area from my room.

the room service was surprisingly slow , even for simple requests. i ordered a club sandwich , it took nearly an hour , which is excessive. also , the promised sea view was more of a sliver between two buildings , so that was a bit of a letdown.

The location is excellent! It is right in the heart of everything. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, it offered both Thai and Indian cuisines.

The pool was not very clean. There were too many lizards, even inside the villa. the ladders are not very strong, they kept squeaking.
