The air conditioning in my room did not work well, though the staff was very kind. lampshades were dirty and that bothered me. The windows on the shower and balcony were not cleaned either. i also noticed the minibar wasn't stocked as you would expect in a hotel. the experience felt a bit underwhelming.

The staff seemed overwhelmed at times. A bottle of mineral water at the bar cost over 10 EUR with service and VAT. This price felt TOO excessive for Thailand, it was a real rip-off.

the main bar in la gritta was fine. I also enjoyed the lobby. I received a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. It had a fantastic sea view.
the housekeeping staff never picked up the phone. I had to call reception to get a response. staff finally showed up after 30 minutes. the coffee maker broke down, and it took an hour to fix, REALLY poor service.

The club one room was very spacious. I found the amenities to be very good. It fulfilled my needs. Services at the clubhouse were also very attentive. check-in and check-out were smooth procedures, really.
the seafood grill during wednesday night didn't quite hit the mark, everything else was lovely though.
