room upgrade very nice massage world-class service

The service was superb. i received a room upgrade and experienced an very nice massage. i also enjoyed the sound bath. It was a perfect way to end my trip. every team member delivered world-class service, lovely

the main swimming pool looked murky. the wood chairs by the swimming pool had moss in some parts, made me a little uncomfortable.

the hotel offered a wide range of dining options. there were local cuisines and international dishes available. i tried each restaurant and most meals tasted good. breakfast had an amazing and high-quality selection of food.

the resort had great facilities, including outdoor pools and a kids' pool. cocktail kiosks next to the pool offered complementary water. sunscreen and towels were also provided. the whole building featured amazing details, materials, sounds, and smells.

the staff was fantastic and professional. check-in was seamless and fast in the villa lounge. the concierge, front desk, villa lounge, izakaya, and reef beach club provided great service. housekeeping was very efficient and helpful during our entire stay.

excellent architecture beautiful view poor maintenance dusty surfaces

The architecture is excellent and provides beautiful views from many points on the hotel. The staff were kind.

I experienced poor maintenance in the room I was assigned. Water pooled in the bathroom, the sliding door did not close properly, and surfaces were dusty. I found it unacceptable for a hotel in this category.

the breakfast was very big the rooms were spacious the facilities were great the pool area was nice it included music at the beach i found this to be very fun i enjoyed that the rooms had a lot of space and i had many different food options too
