poor cleaning slow response

the breakfast service near the ocean was terrible I had to fight for a table every day even though it was first in first serve the staff always held tables for someone and would not allow me to sit at them they rudely suggested i look for a place in other restaurants even when there were available spots the rooms are old and not cleaned well elevators were not working i had to walk every time the beach was poorly cleaned and the staff responded slowly to requests to get the area ready after the rain all staff attitudes towards guests did not meet five-star service standards

a decent stay

amazing pool friendly staff reasonable service poor air conditioning average food

the pools are amazing, and my kids loved them. the staff seemed friendly, and the service was reasonable given the resort size. i could easily walk across the road to the bali collection for shopping and cheaper food.

the air conditioning wasn't great! I expected better from a hotel of this calibre.

lacking communication frustrating start

I found the check-in communication lacking. I wish I had known about all the hotel facilities and venues at the start. It felt as though I discovered things as my stay went on and that was frustrating.

mediocre facilities and odd service

pretty gardens beach proximity inconsistent cocktails slow drink service

gardens were pretty, and the beach was close by. there wasnt much else i found excellent.

service was a real hit or miss. at one restaurant, we had to ask multiple times for drinks before they arrived, and it was quite annoying. cocktails werent consistent either, its like they didnt care to make it right.
