i appreciated the beautiful balinese gardens that gave the hotel a unique feel. super clean cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. i found the regency club experience to be excellent with attentive service. the beachfront location was a plus, although the ocean felt calm like a lake.

the breakfast buffet offered multiple cuisines and an egg station for customized eggs. omang omang restaurant provided a good dinner experience. a pizzeria was available, but it was full . the breakfast range was amazing!

the hotel is on the beach with beach access. the hotel is located near town and you can walk there. the location allows for exploring nearby areas. sunrise views are visible.

the resort features a dedicated kids pool complete with a slide, this is nice. two deeper pools are present, one with warmer water. there is another pool located near the spa. many pool loungers are provided both at the pool and on the beach.

The breakfast was good enough (not really good, but acceptable).

The room I was given smelled strongly of mildew. It was unpleasant. I reported it, and the staff did provide a dehumidifier, BUT it only helped a LITTLE. The air conditioning was also subpar and made the room uncomfortably warm at times.

i stayed in a beautiful twin room garden view. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i noticed there were many lakes with fish and ducks you can feed.

the adult pool was located right next to the very popular kids pool. you won't find much peace and quiet there because of this location.
