resort gardenfriendly staffgreat drink
the resort gardens were beautiful i found every worker helpful and friendly from security to pool staff they were always happy to help the drinks were great i enjoyed the food with many choices including the asian fusion restaurant suzie q's.
the gym is small and needs upgrades it doesn't offer much variety

the pool area had plenty of lounger seating with sun umbrellas i noticed the management maintained the lounges well to ensure everyone had space the owner's lounge was convenient for late flights offering showers and complimentary drinks.

breakfast offered many choices i saw japanese american chinese and turkish options available the rooftop bar provides magnificent sunset views i appreciated the attentive service at the lagoon deck and bar especially tini's service.

the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated their quick responses the reception team was knowledgeable and highly trained the breakfast team greeted me warmly each morning muliyati trained the staff to a high standard which i found excellent.

the hotel's location is fantastic i enjoyed the convenience of sitting on the beach at night to watch fireworks and live music the rooftop bar provides great views over the beach and ocean which i found very scenic.

my recent stay included a suite that had an ocean view this added to my experience i found the bed comfortable and the bathroom included a bathtub i also used the balcony and stylish outdoor seating was available i enjoyed having efficient and flawless housekeeping every day.
i noticed the hotel is showing some wear so general maintenance would be great.

the resort has a gorgeous pool area that overlooks the sea i appreciated the private beach spot complete with comfortable loungers umbrellas and towel service the lagoon pool bar staff provided excellent service.

the beachfront location was amazing i could walk to everything i wanted the pool was large and had great bar service. the breakfast was very nice i loved the views from the rooftop the staff were friendly and always helpful. the plantation grill restaurant has a cool vibe i enjoyed live jazz during dinner. my ocean view room was spacious and clean i found the king bed very comfortable
the gym hours were a little limited that was a slight inconvenience for my routine i prefer an earlier start time but it wasn't a big deal.
