The free shuttle provided convenient transportation to the town center, an added bonus. I found the grounds meticulously maintained, showcasing the natural beauty of the location. The Heavenly Jacuzzi Villa offered excellent privacy, a feature I greatly valued. The live music at the Tree Bar created a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploration.
I experienced some difficulty navigating the extensive hotel due to its hilly terrain, making buggy access somewhat restricted.

Breakfast offered a comprehensive selection. I appreciated the freshness and quality. The Mayasari restaurant featured a traditional Barong Dance during dinner. The Tree Bar served delicious, well-presented food and drinks.

the villa was great and we could enjoy the nature from our private terrace, it was what i needed after my tour.
i booked a heavenly jacuzzi villa. the website told me it would be 245 sqm but it wasnt true. the villa was no bigger than around 35 sqm, and the bathroom door did not shut properly.
