The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. the staff were helpful. Winadi showed me around the hotel with a smile. our room was spacious, and suweca r. a. did a great job tidying it each day.

the music by the pool was a little loud! it made it harder to fully relax during the day.

The hotel provides clean and modern facilities. The staff are consistently friendly and ready to assist. The restaurant offers good food and the bar is convenient. It's a short walk to both the beaches and many local dining options.

There were not enough sunbeds available around the pool area during peak times.

quiet location friendly staff amazing pool limited selection cardio machines weightlifting machines

I really liked the location. It was close to everything, but the resort was quiet. The staff were always polite, helpful, and friendly during all interactions. The pool area and gardens were very clean and amazing.

The gym facilities wasn't meeting my expectations. There were only a few cardio machines, and one was out of order. The free weight selection was limited. I'd expect more in this price range.
