The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot to choose from.

I found several small issues added up to a frustrating experience. The room lacked drawers, so I had to live out of my suitcase. There weren't any foot towels, so the floor was always slippery after using the pool. This was annoying.

The design is just beautiful!!! it's thoughtfully centered around a gorgeous long pool. breakfast was very nice. The selection was so extensive, i was spoiled for choice. the staff were genuinely the friendliest i've ever encountered. every team member. the lower floors offer direct pool access. It's a wonderful touch.

the room was a bit dark, and i had some trouble figuring out the light switches at first. there are quite a few, and the arrangement isn't very intuitive. it took a little experimenting to get it right.

The staff were very attentive. They learned some sign language to better assist us. they sprayed and cleaned the room when i had mosquito bites. this demonstrates great attention to detail and care .

the breakfast buffet featured various egg dishes and freshly made waffles. there were also typical indonesian breakfast items available. the patisserie had delicious sweets!!! food quality was high and very tasty.

Breakfast had a wide spread including desserts. Staff all seems smiley and polite. They were helpful too. I appreciated the service provided.

Motorbikes parked on footpaths becomes a trouble. I had to walk on the street, so it was dangerous with cars. I found decrepit buildings everywhere, they looked dusty.

i loved the extensive breakfast options i noticed they have tasty danish pastries available at the blue room it's super convenient the staff is amazing they always greeted me with a smile and were ready to assist with anything i needed the hotel design is excellent everything felt luxurious and well maintained i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel

The location is a bit far from the ocean. A walk is necessary, but it's manageable

The breakfast included many local beverages. Breakfast included a wide spread of food and desserts. Potato Head beach club is just a short walk. I enjoyed the location with plenty of restaurants near.

The music at pool was very loud in my room. When I asked for the music to be turned off, the staff offered me ear plugs. The pool was also a little shallow for me.

The staff learned sign language. The staff sprayed and cleaned my room after I was bitten by mosquitoes. They were very friendly and always ready to help. I appreciate all assistance.
