Decent Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings

spoiled omelet poor insulation

The breakfast experience was subpar. An omelet I ordered tasted spoiled (a VERY unpleasant surprise). Staff offered a replacement, but the incident tainted the entire meal. the room doors lacked proper insulation, resulting in excessive noise from the hallway. This made it hard to relax.

i loved the pools a lot, and my family spent all our time there. the resort feel family-friendly to me. i did enjoy the breakfast and all the local food. beds were really comfy.

my family is of asian descent but my sister's husband is south american and was carrying around his backpack as he was working. they mentioned something about her being asian and him not being asian, and she was shocked.

the premiere room had two comfy beds. there was also two separate sinks, very practical. the rainfall shower worked great and it helped relax. the room was cleaned daily.

the breakfast service had a large variety of foods. staff quickly addressed our needs and requests. i am happy they provided prompt assistance when needed. all staff members were polite.

the resort includes several swimming pools, and there is a kids club for children. the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. spa offers different wellness treatments. direct access to the beach worked well.

clean room beach front limited menu missing channels

The room was comfortable and clean. The free mini bar were a nice surprise to me. The location on the beach front was also gorgeous. Free bike hire was available at the location.

The time limited menu irritated me. I only could get chicken bbq wings until 7pm. The television did not have international channels. I could not watch international movies on tv.
