Acceptable Hotel with a Few Issues

The room was clean. The room was spacious. The ocean view was lovely. The breakfast included a wide range of fresh options. I found fruit, pastries, and hot dishes made to order. The beach was a short walk from the hotel. The beach was well maintained with clear water.

The spa refused a reasonable request. I wanted a printed copy of the spa menu. They said they did not have the capability, not truthful. The staff could not seem to get my order correct at Jimbaran Gardens. I asked for a cup of coffee with Baileys Irish cream on the side and it took three attempts to get it right. The hotel has no gift shop. You cannot buy water in this hotel, only in the dining hotel and it's in a glass.

a charmed stay

cute atmosphere maintained garden seafood restaurants

i felt welcomed. the landscaping around the hotel really impressed me. All gardens and ponds were well maintained. i could also easily walk to the bustling seafood restaurants on jimbaran beachfront.

The gym was very busy during peak hours. I had to wait to use some equipment. there were also a lot of mosquitos, especially in the evenings. i killed over fifteen mosquitos on my first night. a better pest control strategy would be helpful.

The classic king room with a balcony offered garden views. It included a large bed. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Toiletries were replenished daily. the room also featured a minibar stocked with drinks.

The breakfast buffet at taman gita was extensive with many options. jimbaran gardens restaurant had a very varied menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. the sunset bar provided sunset views and varied cocktails. I liked it very much.

The resort has prime beachfront hotel on the indian ocean. Long sandy beaches are nearby. the hotel premises are secured. The beach is cleaned regularly. it provided quick access to the bustling jimbaran area and its restaurants.
