inattentive service expensive parking
The resort didn't quite live up to the hype if you ask me. the customer service wasn't as attentive as i'd expect for the price. I was like i was constantly chasing down staff for assistance, not great! also, the nightly rate felt a bit steep considering what was on offer. I've stayed in places that offered similar facilities for much less, though location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

blown away by this jungle paradise!
patient teacher delicious food friendly staff
what a fine very good resort! i jumped right into an archery lesson with the awesome instructor, teja. he really knew how to teach. the restaurant had fabulous live music and i devoured fresh , delicious food . the whole team was so friendly and really looked after me!
i found that the shuttle bus into ubud took about 45 minutes. i wished it was a bit quicker to get into town. the ride itself was fine , but the length made it a bit less appealing for shorter trips.

the hotel offers daily activities, such as bike tours and crafting. i noticed the amazing infinity pool overlooks the river valley. there is also agroforestry area, and you can feed koi carp at staggered times throughout the day.

rooms are large and luxurious , providing utmost comfort. my room was elegantly designed. it was quiet and clean. the provided soaps and shower gels smelled amazing.

aMAZing Experience!
warm greeting breakfast buffet
the staff remembered my name and greeted me warmly EVERY time! the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options. i LOVED that there were daily yoga classes offered in the beautiful nest, SO tranquil. the aerial yoga was FUN, a unique experience!
the resort is a bit secluded, a drive from ubud central.

i saw the infinity pool, HEATED, with very nice jungle views, YAY! also, there are beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel, SO well maintained. the gym has modern equipment, 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes.
