Wonderful Stay
helpful staff big rooms welcome drinks
I found the staff always helpful. The rooms gets cleaned every day and are quite big. Welcome drinks are available when you arrive, a great touch. I thought the location was very central and accessible.
The gym is a bit small and only has limited equipment.

The Junior Suite includes a comfortable bed and air conditioning that works very well. I noticed the bathroom included clean towels and several toiletries. I liked the room's decor and found it quite nice.

Staff members always greets you with a smile and are ready to help. I saw housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping everywhere very clean. I thought reception provided prompt and useful assistance.

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants, which makes it easy to explore. I saw the beach is only a short walk away from the hotel. I appreciate the central setting.

Fantastic stay!
friendly staff clean room delicious meal
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean every day, great. The restaurant downstairs served delicious meals. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and gardens (gardens were colourful!).
The phone in my room did not work. I couldn't contact reception or other hotel services using it. This made it difficult to communicate my needs.

The spa facility provided various treatments. The swimming pool had a bar, a great addition. The local market near the resort offered all sorts of requirements for the guests.

The breakfast included many options and the staff was quick. Non-vegetarian options were abundant at every meal. I was satisfied with the fresh options and the quality of the ingredients.

the swimming pool was clean and the staff was helpful .
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. It smelled like sewage the whole time. i found this disappointing considering the price i paid.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
The room smelled bad. I think it was due to a sewage issue from the shower. The AC had to run constantly to mask the smell.

i had a really good getaway at this resort in bali we stayed for 5 nights in a suite the room was amazing it featured a pool view and good amenities i found the breakfast was also good because it had many kinds of food the staff was friendly and helpful .

the pool area is clean and refreshing a bar is conveniently located right next to it making it easy to grab drinks the gym has good facilities with simple equipment appropriate for the holiday.

the hotel has a great central location making main beaches easily reachable i noticed the distance to several tourist attractions is short i appreciated the convenience this offered for exploring the area.
