great variety amazing professionalism rude concierge poorly trained staff

The breakfast had a great variety. It catered to different people's tastes. The staff made sure we were treated with respect and kindness. Their professionalism was amazing.

really good stay!

opulent resort grand lobby high floor early access

the resort was opulent. the grand lobby featured fine chandeliers and intricate designs. i requested a high-floor room with a view, and it was granted (i loved watching the sunset from my room!). the hotel upgraded my room and provided complimentary early access.

the service and attention to detail could improve to reflect a five-star standard. i would have liked to see a higher level of attentiveness.

the room was spacious and well-equipped with separate bedroom and living room. it also featured a luxurious bathroom including a high-tech japanese toilet. the room upgrade was excellent making it very nice and comfortable.

varied cuisines enjoyable pool convenient system

the breakfast buffet included many options. i found japanese, mediterranean, filipino, and chinese cuisines available. the kids enjoyed the swimming pools (they have pools for toddlers up to adults). the room included an automated control system controlled from an ipad (i loved the convenience).

i found the outdoor pool a bit small relative to the size of the facility.

Really good Hotel Experience

delicious food helpful staff comfortable room

The Filipino cuisine restaurant near the casino was a highlight. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff provided excellent service. My room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered many great options. The entire stay exceeded my expectations .

urine marks no actions

the lobby had a modern design. it had comfortable seating areas.

the toilet seat had urine marks and an unpleasant smell. i called the front desk, and they sent someone to clean it. there was also a cockroach on the floor. no actions were taken about the cockroach.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. It definitely catered to many different tastes. The room featured an amazing bathroom. It was particularly well-appointed. Staff members ensured I was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
