the staff was friendly at breakfast, good (especially the fruit selection).

i was disappointed by the old tv in the room, it seemed out of place for this kind of hotel. i think replacing these could really improve the overall feel of the room. the small size of the room did not help either.

the staff was very friendly and cute, especially christian at the front desk. he were really nice too help me. the food and service are great also. breakfast had a good location comfortable room.

check-in was slow because of busy period, and my room was on a low floor next to the lift. the bedroom door was thin and all the noise from the lift lobby permeated into my room. i asked for late checkout but they never replied to my request.

the location was alright, pretty close to everything i guess.

the elevators are a joke. it feels like they have a mind of their own. i requested drinking water to the room and it took ages, i had to call again. i hate that.

this hotel holds cherished memories from my youth when it was the hotel nikko manila garden. rose ann from the housekeeping department and christian from the front desk contributed to an even more nice stay. i'm grateful for the excellent service and look forward to returning. christian alcantara exemplified great assistance.

the condition of the windows detracted from the overall experience, as they were noticeably unclean.

SOMEwhat disappointing experience.

patched bathtub cleanliness issues

MY room felt a bit tired. There were some cracks on the headboard cushion , a patched bathtub , and weathered exterior walls visible. I also got some itchy bumps after sleeping in the bed , so maybe there were bed bugs. IT was not the BEST.
