The hotel's location near the bay is convenient. I found the food at the restaurant excellent, especially with the diverse options. The staff readily met my requests, exceeding expectations and providing really good service!

The checkout process felt slow.

The rooftop bar is a great place for sunset views. I enjoyed relaxing near the swimming pool. The hotel has a speak-easy bar with interesting cocktails plus spa facilities with relaxing massages. Breakfast and lunch are served on the ninth floor offering a nice view.

the breakfast buffet included really good food. there was a very varied selection available each morning. the hotel spa offered an extensive treatment menu. i found the aestheticians and masseuses to be skilled.

i inquired about a lost item after checkout, but staff ignored it. four days passed with no assistance from the staff. the checkout process also required a lot of my time.

The breakfast had multi food variants and a nice view from the 9th floor.

The staff ignored my inquiry about a lost item after checkout. I sent an email as instructed, but I received no response in four days. the checkout process was very time consuming.
